Privacy Policy
Document Version: 2026.06
Effective Date: June 14, 2026
Applicabiity: New Hampshire Residents (RSA 507-H) & General US Visitors
PRIVACY POLICY AND NOTICE OF COLLECTION
HNNH LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the www.humannaturenaturalhealth.com website, which provides information and resources about our naturopathic practice (SITE). We have a physical office in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, USA.
We are committed to protecting the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our SITE.
If you choose to use our SITE, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy. The Personal Information that we collect are used for providing and improving the SITE. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
PLEASE NOTE: This SITE is for informational purposes only. We are not a “Covered Entity” under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) for the purposes of this SITE’s operation. Accordingly, your data is protected under the New Hampshire Privacy Act (RSA 507-H) and applicable federal consumer protection laws, rather than HIPAA.
1. Information Collection and Use
1.1 Information You Provide Voluntarily
This SITE does not explicitly collect any personally identifiable information like Name, E-Mail or Postal Address. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically (On SITE)
When you browse this website, data is handled through two distinct mechanisms:
- Server-Side Operations (Web Server Logs): Like virtually all websites, our hosting server automatically logs raw connection data, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps. This data is collected strictly for operational necessity—such as monitoring server health, optimizing performance, and defending against cyber threats. Because this processing is required to securely deliver the website to your browser, it cannot be disabled via client-side cookie choices. Raw logs are only retained for 9 weeks.
- Client-Side Analytics (Inferred Health Data): Separate from our server logs, we use third-party analytics tools (driven by client-side JavaScript) to evaluate how visitors interact with our content. Because this site covers natural health and systemic biology, these browsing patterns could theoretically be used to infer an individual’s health interests. We proactively treat this behavioral data as Sensitive Data under the New Hampshire Privacy Act.
Your Control: Our client-side tracking is strictly deactivated by default. Third-party analytics scripts will only execute if you grant explicit consent via our cookie banner and if your browser lacks a Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out signal. Utilizing the banner or a GPC signal will entirely block the client-side JavaScript tracking, though standard, non-identifying operational server logs will continue to function normally.
1.3 How We Use Your Information
We use your personal data to fulfill the services you request off SITE. For example, information you provide to us via phone or email is used for:
- Communications: To provide the information, newsletters, and other content you request. To respond to your direct inquiries.
- Shipping Orders: Processing physical product orders, including shipping and delivery details.
- Billing: Processing payments securely through our third-party partner, Intuit, based on invoices sent to you or using the Credit Card reader at the front desk.
If opted in to tracking via the Cookie banner:
- Client-Side Analytics: To understand how visitors interact with our SITE and improve our content (e.g., measuring the popularity of specific naturopathic topics).
- Marketing and Advertising: To engage in cross-context behavioral advertising (showing you ads for our services on other platforms like social media).
Legal Basis for Processing Sensitive Data:
We will not process your Sensitive Data (information revealing health conditions) for marketing or analytics purposes without your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent (Opt-In). You may provide this consent via our Cookie Banner.
1.4 Disclosure and “Sale” of Personal Data
We do not sell your personal data in the traditional sense of exchanging it for money. However, under the New Hampshire Privacy Act (RSA 507-H), the transfer of personal data to third parties for “monetary or other valuable consideration” (such as ad targeting services) may constitute a “Sale.”
We may share your Personal Data with the following categories of third parties:
- Service Providers: Companies that perform services on our behalf. We use an outside shipping company (UPS) to ship orders, a credit card processing company (Intuit) to bill users for goods and services, Constant Contact for newsletter delivery and an outside lab for lab work. They are all contractually prohibited from retaining, using, or disclosing your data for any other purpose.
- Advertising Partners (Third Parties): Social media platforms (e.g., Meta/Facebook) and ad networks (e.g., Google). Sharing data with these entities via tracking pixels may constitute a “Sale” or “Targeted Advertising.” We only share this data if you have opted in.

2. Your Rights Under the New Hampshire Privacy Act

| Right to Nondiscrimination | We will not discriminate against you (e.g., deny goods/services) for exercising these rights. |
3. Your Access to and Control Over Information
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our SITE:
- See what data we have about you, if any.
- Change/correct any data we have about you.
- Have us delete any data we have about you.
- Express any concern you have about our use of your data.
We will respond to your request within 45 days. If reasonably necessary, we may extend this period by an additional 45 days and will notify you of any such extension within the initial 45-day period.
Upon a verified request for data portability, we will provide your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (such as a CSV file or PDF).
If you have already accepted or declined cookies, you can change your mind by clearing your consent using the button below. This will not erase any previously collected tracking data.
3.1 Universal Opt-Out Preference Signals (Global Privacy Control)
We recognize and honor browser-based universal opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC). Because our SITE operates entirely on a logged-out basis, if you visit our site with the GPC signal enabled on your browser, we automatically process this as a request to opt-out of optional tracking, targeting, and analytics cookies for that specific browsing session. You will not be prompted to opt-in via our cookie banner, and third-party tracking scripts will be blocked automatically.
Even if you had previously opted in via our cookie banner, a GPC signal will override that preference and you will be opted out of optional tracking, targeting, and analytics cookies for that specific browsing session.
3.2 Right to Appeal
If we decline to take action on your request, we will inform you of the justification. You have the right to appeal our decision within a reasonable period.
- To submit an appeal, please email us at info@humannaturenaturalhealth.com with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.”
- If we deny your appeal, you may contact the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Bureau to submit a complaint.
4. Data Security and Retention
We take extensive precautions to protect your information. Because this website does not host online forms, transactional databases, or payment gateways, your personal identity and financial data are never transmitted through or stored on this server.
All personal data collected via email, telephone, or in person is managed securely within our offline business infrastructure. Only employees who require the information to perform a specific administrative or operational task (for example, billing, client communication, or order fulfillment) are granted access to your personally identifiable information.
5. Links to Other Sites
Our SITE may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these other websites. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
6. Children’s Privacy
Our SITE is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately for deletion.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy at our discretion and at any time. The “Effective Date” at the top of this page indicates when the latest changes were made.
