COVID-19

HNNH is taking the issues related to COVID 19 virus very seriously
and remains committed to your health and safety.

In order to serve the needs of our patients, HNNH is open for appointments and to fulfill supplement orders. We have adapted our procedures and policies to ensure a safe environment. For patients who prefer not to enter the building, we offer curb-side pickup for supplement orders.
Per New Hampshire and CDC guidelines we have updated our procedures to include the following extra steps:

-All staff are wearing face masks at all times.
-All patients must wear face masks while in public areas of the clinic.
-Clinical staff will wear surgical face masks when interacting in close proximity (less than 6 feet) with patients.
-We will give all patients coming in for therapies their own treatment room and/or place patients at a safe distance from other patients in order to limit interactions as much as possible.
-Clinical staff will escort patients directly to their own treatment room to limit time in the waiting area.
-We are scheduling more time between patients in order to clean and disinfect all commonly touched surfaces. We are also implementing new procedures to limit the number of people in the waiting room and at the Front Desk.
-We will thoroughly disinfect all treatment rooms and waiting area surfaces between patient visits, including Front Desk counters, chairs, tables, IV poles, and door, recliner, and cabinet handles.
-Rooms will be sealed with tape after disinfecting and the seal will only be broken with the patient present.
-Whenever possible, in order to limit the number of people coming into the office, we will be scheduling doctor visits over the phone.
-We have also replaced all the bulbs and ballasts in our Sanuvox air filtration system so it is functioning at peak capacity.

If you have any concerns about coming in for treatments, please let us know and one of the doctors will contact you to discuss it.
